This fine rum is aged for up to 17 years in carefully selected American and French oak casks, allowing it to develop exceptional depth and complexity.
The Solera method used in the production of this rum combines distillates of varying ages, with the oldest having been aged for up to 17 years. This method, favoured by Oliver & Oliver, ensures a harmonious and multi-layered flavour profile.
