Schilerol was created by the Pölzl family in Styria, a region renowned for its first-class wines and culinary specialities. The idea arose from a passion for regional produce and a desire to create something new and refreshing. Schilerol combines the best that Styria has to offer: Schilcher, a characterful rosé wine made from the Blaue Wildbacher grape, and a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices. Since its launch, Schilerol has quickly gained popularity and is now a staple of many summer celebrations and social gatherings.

Schilerol is made according to a secret family recipe based on a blend of Schilcher wine with natural herbs and fruits. The Schilcher wine gives the drink its characteristic colour and fruity acidity, whilst the herbs and spices add a subtle hint of bitterness and aromatic depth. All ingredients are sourced from the region and are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. The entire production process takes place in Styria, which underlines the authenticity and regional character of Schilerol.
