Steinhauser combines traditional distillation methods with innovative techniques. Distillation takes place in historic copper stills, whilst modern equipment ensures precision. Maturation in selected wooden casks lends the spirits depth and complexity.

Steinhauser places great emphasis on sustainability through the use of regional raw materials and environmentally friendly production methods. Close collaboration with local farmers helps to strengthen the regional economy.

Located on the shores of Lake Constance, Steinhauser uses freshly picked fruit and grapes from the region. The climatic conditions and fertile soil give the produce its unique flavour.

• SeeGin®: Awarded ‘World’s Best London Dry Gin’ at the IWSC 2014, it impresses with its regional botanicals and distinct profile.
• Brigantia® Whisky: The first single malt whisky from Lake Constance, matured in oak casks, partly on board the MS Schwaben.
• Bodensee Willi No. 1®: The finest Williams pear brandy with an intense fruity note and mild sweetness.
• Golden Delicious: Apple brandy made from Golden Delicious apples, matured for three years in wooden casks for a full-bodied flavour.
• Wines: A diverse range of regional grape varieties such as Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
