With Brigantia whisky, the distillery is taking up a traditional whisky story from the Lake Constance region and reinterpreting it with modern expertise. Only malted barley is used for this limited edition, which is mashed, fermented and distilled in copper stills using the traditional method. The subsequent maturation takes place in selected oak barrels, which give the whisky its characterful structure, fine woody notes and aromatic depth.
