Zenato combines traditional winemaking methods with modern technology. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented under controlled conditions. The wine is aged in selected wooden barrels to enhance its aromatic diversity and complexity.

Zenato places great emphasis on sustainable vineyard management. By avoiding the use of chemical weedkillers, using natural fertilisers and promoting biodiversity, the winery contributes to protecting the environment. These measures form part of its commitment to quality and sustainability.

Zenato’s vineyards are situated in the finest vineyards around Lake Garda and in Valpolicella. The microclimate of these regions provides ideal conditions for growing indigenous grape varieties such as Trebbiano di Lugana, Corvina and Rondinella.
