After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are selected and gently processed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fresh fruit and clear flavours. The wine then matures for several months on the fine lees, creating additional harmony and structure. With 12.5% alcohol by volume, this Italian Pinot Grigio white wine is a lively, elegant and versatile accompaniment to food with typical Mediterranean freshness.

Tasting Note

The Zenato Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2025 has a brilliant golden yellow colour in the glass. Expressive aromas of kumquat, mango, Gallia melon and papaya unfold on the nose, accompanied by fine fruity nuances. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp with lively fruit acidity and a smooth structure. The finish is elegant and long-lasting with hints of grapefruit and lemon.
