Please let us know immediately if your delivery is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If possible, please send us a photo of the box (both the outside and inside), a photo of the shipping label, and a photo of the damaged item. If available, please also include the tracking link. Once we have reviewed the information, we will find a suitable solution as soon as possible, such as a refund, a replacement or another appropriate measure.

Products that were ordered by mistake or do not meet expectations can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping must be borne by the buyer.
