The Lepanto P.X. Solera Gran Reserva is an exquisite Brandy de Jerez that masterfully combines the fine art of Spanish distillation and ageing. Produced by the renowned González Byass bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, one of Spain’s most traditional sherry bodegas, this bottling epitomises excellent quality, craftsmanship and regional identity.

The brandy is produced exclusively from the white Palomino grape – the same variety used for the region’s famous sherries. Distillation takes place in copper stills using the traditional alambic method. It is aged for many years using the Solera system, exclusively in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. These casks play a decisive role in shaping the brandy’s intense, sweet and fruity aroma and lend it its distinctive elegance. With an alcohol content of 36 % vol., the Lepanto P.X. is harmonious, expressive and pleasantly smooth.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark mahogany with a golden-brown sheen.

Nose: Complex and alluring, with notes of raisins, figs, vanilla, chocolate, sweet wood and fine sherry.

Palate: Full-bodied, round and intense, with flavours of dates, caramel, candied fruit, oak and a subtle toasty note.

Finish: Lang, velvety and sweetish with lingering fruit, spice and a warm sherry note.
