Ophyum 23 Metódo Solera Grand Premiere Rhum comes from the renowned Oliver & Oliver distillery in the Dominican Republic. Alongside the younger expressions aged 12 and 17 years, this Ophyum 23 Sistema Solera is the oldest and most complex rum in this range. Produced using the traditional Solera method, this limited-edition rum contains distillates that are up to 23 years old.

Maturation takes place in ex-bourbon casks, which gives the rum its balanced and full-bodied character. With aromas of caramel, vanilla and a hint of spice, it delights the senses. This rum is bottled at 40 per cent by volume.

Colour: Mahogany.

Nose: Slightly spicy, with intense notes of caramel, vanilla, raisins and tobacco.

Finish: Long-lasting, smoky.
