Windspiel Premium Sloe Gin 33.3% ABV 0.5l

Two gin enthusiasts, Sandra Wimmeler and Denis Lönnendonker, realised their dream of creating their own gin. Quality was their top priority; only the finest ingredients and a great attention to detail could produce such a result – a high-end gin, distilled from potatoes.

This gin is completely out of the ordinary: the juniper spirit is, in fact, produced using potatoes. From cultivation to bottling, everything is done on site and under strict supervision. Sustainability also plays a major role; the master distillers prioritise regional produce and shipping is carbon-neutral.

The Sloe Gin is made from the Premium Dry Gin, which is refined with sloe juice.

The fruit used for the sloe juice comes from the Eifel region.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep red.

Nose: Intense, juniper, citrus fruits, sloes, floral notes.

Palate: Silky, fresh, full-bodied, floral, juniper, fruit, bitter almonds.

Finish: Long-lasting, harmonious.
