Schilerol Spritzeritif 3 % is a natural aperitif from Austria that is already mixed and therefore ready to drink. It is based on rosé wine made from Blaufränkisch grapes, which are sourced from the Blaufränkisch region of Central Burgenland. The rosé wine is complemented by more than 20 herbs hand-selected by the producers, as well as syrups produced in Austria. A consistent focus on regional sourcing plays a central role at Schilerol: the herbs are sourced from local collections or controlled cultivation, whilst the sugar and syrups are also produced in Austria. No artificial flavours or colourings are used. The recipe thus focuses on rosé wine, herbs and syrup, bringing together Austrian ingredients in a straightforward aperitif.


The classic Schilerol has an alcohol content of 8.5% when served neat and is traditionally mixed with soda water.
