Dellavalle Grappa Affinata in Botti di Castagno is a true rarity amongst Italian grappas. This fine spirit is matured in meticulously crafted chestnut wood casks, which lend it an exceptional richness of flavour and a delicate, natural sweetness. Produced by the renowned Distilleria Dellavalle, it combines the art of traditional distillation with a unique ageing process that sets it apart from classic grappa varieties.

What makes this speciality so unique is its labour-intensive, manual production process: first, roasted and crushed chestnuts from Piedmont are steeped in Dellavalle’s finest grappa for around six months. Following this maceration process, the liquid is separated and matured for around five years in 225-litre chestnut wood casks, handcrafted specifically for the distillery. This rare ageing process imparts deep woody notes, a gentle spiciness and an exceptionally velvety texture to the grappa.

This exclusive grappa is presented in a high-quality gift box, making it the perfect gift for connoisseurs and lovers of aged spirits.
