• 50 ml Dellavalle Grappa di Barolo
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

• 50 ml Dellavalle Grappa di Moscato
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml sugar syrup
• Ice cubes
• A slice of lemon for garnish
