Dellavalle Limon is a refreshing, clearly structured lemon liqueur from the Piedmont-based Distilleria Dellavalle, which has been synonymous with high-quality artisan spirits since 1983. Selected, aromatic lemons are used for this speciality, the peels of which are slowly and gently macerated to extract the essential oils and natural freshness in the best possible way. Bottled at 30 per cent by volume, this liqueur is pleasantly mild, fruity and has a good balance between sweetness and lively citrus intensity. The distillery relies on traditional methods and clear, unadulterated flavours, ensuring that Dellavalle Limon remains an authentic product of Mediterranean liqueur art.
