SeRum Elixir is a full-flavoured rum liqueur from Panama, crafted from aged molasses rum and enhanced with natural flavours to create a rich elixir. The spirit is crafted from traditionally produced Panama Rum, which is first aged in oak casks before being enriched with a secret blend of spices, dried fruits and botanical extracts. The result is a smooth, richly aromatic liqueur with an intense sweetness and exotic spice.

With an alcohol content of 35 % Vol., SeRum Elixir is ideal as a digestif or for enjoying neat over ice. At the same time, it is an ideal ingredient for rum-based cocktails, where it delights with its spicy-sweet depth and smooth texture. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark gold with coppery highlights.

Nose: Sweet and spicy with caramel, raisins, rock sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of dried citrus fruits.

Palate: Round, smooth and aromatic with notes of mature rum, candied fruit, brown sugar, oaky spice and subtle herbal notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and pleasantly sweet with spice, dried fruit and a slight woody note.

SeRum Elixir is excellent enjoyed neat, whether at room temperature or slightly chilled over ice. It is also ideal as a sophisticated ingredient in cocktails, for example in an Old Cuban, a Rum Old Fashioned or as a creative twist in dessert cocktails. This elixir rum also offers a delicious alternative to classic liqueurs in patisserie or for enhancing desserts such as chocolate mousse, rum cake or tiramisu.
