Instead of conventional molasses, freshly pressed sugarcane juice is used, ensuring a unique purity and depth of flavour.

Following careful fermentation, Ron Aldea TRADICION undergoes a maturation period of at least 20 years in carefully selected French oak casks. This lengthy ageing process lends the rum extraordinary complexity, a rich variety of aromas and an unrivalled smoothness.
