The Glenglassaugh Distillery, a renowned Scottish whisky distillery, is picturesquely situated near Portsoy in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Its location along the coastline of the Moray Firth not only offers breathtaking views of the North Sea, but also shapes the unique character of its whisky. The distillery’s history stretches back to its foundation in 1875. Since then, Glenglassaugh has developed a rich tradition of craftsmanship and the distillation of high-quality single malt whiskies, which are prized by connoisseurs around the world.

Glenglassaugh’s Coastal Cask Series celebrates the distillery’s relaunch in 2008 and presents an exclusive collection of ten casks that perfectly capture the whisky’s rich coastal character. Each bottling comes from a cask distilled immediately after the distillery’s reopening. As truly unique expressions, they are non-chill-filtered, available as single cask bottlings and individually hand-numbered.

Glenglassaugh 10 Years Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 2009 was matured for 10 years in a single sherry puncheon to develop a unique range of flavours.
