The name ‘Amorosa di Dicembre’ refers to the late harvest of the Vespaiolo grapes in December, when they develop an intense aroma through natural drying on the vines. Following gentle distillation in copper stills, this grappa is aged for an extended period in oak casks, imparting exceptional smoothness, depth and aromatic complexity.
