Poli Grappa Amorosa di Dicembre Torcolato 40% vol. 1.5 l is an exclusive speciality from the renowned Distilleria Poli in Schiavon, Veneto, which has been synonymous with the art of artisanal distillation since 1898. This time-honoured distillery is renowned for its exceptional grappas, which are always produced using the region’s finest raw materials.


The basis for this fine grappa is the pomace of the Vespaiolo grapes, which are used to make the famous dessert wine Torcolato di Breganze. This wine is made from dried grapes harvested in December – hence the name ‘Amorosa di Dicembre’. This unique base gives the grappa an exceptional aromatic depth and delicate sweetness, setting it apart from classic grappas.


Poli Grappa Amorosa di Dicembre is distilled in traditional copper stills using the batch distillation method, allowing the aromas to develop with particular purity and intensity. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it is elegant and full-bodied. Bottled in a high-quality 1.5-litre magnum bottle, it is not only a delight to drink but also an exclusive collector’s item.
