The Poli Grappa Amorosa di Dicembre Torcolato 40% Vol. 1.5 l is an exclusive speciality from the renowned Distilleria Poli from Schiavon in Veneto, which has been synonymous with artisan distillation since 1898. This traditional distillery is known for its exceptional grappas, which are always made from the best raw materials in the region.


The basis for this fine grappa is the pomace of Vespaiolo grapes, which are used for the famous dessert wine Torcolato di Breganze. This wine is made from dried grapes that are harvested in December - hence the name "Amorosa di Dicembre". This special base gives the grappa an exceptional aromatic density and fine sweetness that sets it apart from classic grappas.


Poli Grappa Amorosa di Dicembre is distilled in traditional copper stills using the discontinuous method, which allows the flavours to develop in a particularly pure and intense way. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it is elegant and full-bodied. Bottled in a high-quality 1.5-litre magnum bottle, it is not only a pleasure to drink, but also an exclusive collector's item.
