Talisker 10 Years Old Single Malt Whisky is a legendary maritime Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye in Scotland. As the island’s oldest and only distillery, Talisker perfectly embodies the wild, rugged character of its homeland. Renowned for its powerful smoky and maritime aromas, paired with a spicy sweetness, this 10-year-old single malt is one of the classics amongst Scotch whiskies.

Made from peated malted barley, the whisky is distilled in traditional copper stills and then matured for a decade in American oak casks. The result is a perfectly balanced whisky with smoky, salty and spicy notes that directly reflect its origins. At 45.8% ABV, it has a robust character yet remains pleasantly smooth on the palate.

Tasting Note

Colour: Brilliant gold.

Nose: Strong peaty smoke, briny notes, fresh citrus fruits, black pepper and a subtle honeyed sweetness.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with sweet malt, spicy smoke, sea salt, pepper, honey and a hint of green apples.

Finish: Long-lasting, dry and warming, with lingering smoke, salt and a spicy kick of pepper.

Talisker 10 Years Old is a whisky that is ideal enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to allow its flavours to unfold further. Its smoky and maritime notes make it the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, smoked ham or tangy blue cheese.
