After fermentation, the wine is fortified with alcohol and then matured in oak barrels to develop its complex structure and characteristic oxidative flavours. The 2019 vintage shows a harmonious balance between fine sweetness and elegant flavour. With 18.5% alcohol by volume, this Marsala Superiore DOC is powerful, complex and balanced. Tasting Note

The glass is a warm amber colour with golden reflections, the nose reveals aromas of dried fruit, nuts and fine honey notes accompanied by delicate spicy nuances, on the palate the Marsala is soft and harmonious with notes of caramel, sultanas and roasted nuts while the semisecco style offers a balanced sweetness, the finish is round, elegant and long-lasting.
