J. Bally Rhum Vieux Agricole 12 Ans d’Âge is an exquisite, long-aged Agricole rum from Martinique, renowned for its depth, complexity and traditional craftsmanship. Produced from freshly pressed sugar cane juice – not molasses – and in accordance with the strict guidelines of the AOC Martinique protected designation of origin, this rum is a true prime example of the fine art of French-Caribbean Rhum Agricole.

Distilled at the renowned Distillerie du Simon and aged for over 12 years in small oak casks, this rum unfolds a multi-layered, finely balanced interplay of aromas. The long tropical ageing in oak casks not only gives it its warm amber colour, but also notes of spices, wood, dried fruit and floral elegance. With an alcohol content of 45 % vol., it is bottled at the ideal drinking strength, naturally without any additives or colourings.

Nose: Elegant and complex with aromas of dried fruit, honey, leather, fine wood, roasted nuts and vanilla.
