Palate: Full-bodied and complex, with a lovely balance of sweet caramel, ripe fruit and spice. A hint of cinnamon and herbs is complemented by a pleasant oaky spiciness.

Finish: Long and smooth, with a warm caramel note accompanied by spices and a subtle hint of oak.

Kentucky Owl Bourbon The Wiseman is excellent enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a small splash of water to allow the flavours to unfold.
