Founded on the banks of the Kentucky River in 1879, the distillery produced ‘The Wise Man’s Bourbon’ for decades until its long history was interrupted by Prohibition.

In 2014, the brand re-emerged as “Kentucky Owl” with Batch #1, adding a new chapter to its history.

Thanks to a long-standing partnership between Irish whisky bonder Louise McGuane and master blender John Rhea, Irish and American expertise in selecting rare whisky casks and creating unique flavour profiles are brought together in this exceptional limited-edition release.

The Kentucky Owl St. Patrick’s Limited Edition is a blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbons, aged between four and eight years, each with its own unique flavour characteristics.

Tasting Note

Colour: Rich gold.

Nose: Notes of spicy, fruity rye bourbon.

Palate: Robust, well-balanced, rich caramel, vanilla, a hint of slightly sweet wheat.

Finish: Long-lasting, lemon zest, rye, oranges.
