It is produced in small batches in a traditional distillery in Mexico. The agaves are slowly cooked in stone ovens, naturally fermented and double distilled in copper stills. The result is a tequila with a fresh, herbal character, lively citrus flavours and a slightly peppery finish. As the Blanco is not aged in wooden barrels, the natural expression of the agave remains in the foreground - clean, direct and expressive.
