Lokita Mezcal: Only wild-growing Espadín agaves, which thrive in the hilly regions of Oaxaca, are usedin the production of Lokita Mezcal. The agave plants take up to eight years to reach full maturity, which is reflected in the intensity and complexity of the final product. After harvesting, the agave hearts are slowly roasted in traditional underground pit ovens using wood and volcanic stones. This process gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky note. The roasted agaves are then crushed and the juice fermented before being double-distilled in copper stills to produce a pure and balanced spirit.

Lokita Tequila: Lokita Tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco region, the heart of tequila production. The agaves are carefully selected and, after harvesting, cooked in traditional stone ovens to release the natural sugars. The fermented agave mash is then distilled in stainless steel stills, which gives the tequila its clear and pure character. Depending on the degree of ageing, the tequila is either bottled immediately (Blanco), stored in oak barrels for several months (Reposado) or aged for a longer period (Añejo) to create different flavour profiles.
