Kapriol Dry Gin Artigianale Italiano 41.7% vol. 0.7 l online kaufen

Kapriol Dry Gin Artigianale Italiano is a premium gin from Italy, characterised by its artisanal production and distinctive character. With an alcohol content of 41.7% vol., it is produced in small batches using traditional methods. The recipe is based on a historic herbal liqueur dating from 1948, which has been given a modern twist and adapted for today.

Only Italian botanicals are used in its production, including juniper berries from the Alps, hop flowers, bay leaves, oregano and rosemary, which give the gin a clean, spicy yet fresh flavour. It is particularly noteworthy that Kapriol Dry Gin contains no citrus fruits – instead, its freshness comes from a sophisticated combination of Alpine herbs and spices. This makes it an exceptional example of a dry gin with a distinct regional identity.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Fresh juniper, herbs such as rosemary and bay leaf, with delicate floral notes.

Palate: Spicy and harmonious, with juniper, herbal notes, a slight bitterness and subtle sweetness.

Finish: Long-lasting, clean, dry and refreshing.

Kapriol Dry Gin Artigianale Italiano is excellent for a classic gin and tonic, ideally served with dry tonic water and garnished with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of cucumber to highlight the herbal notes. It also shines in cocktails such as the Negroni or Martini, where its spicy freshness comes into its own. On the culinary front, it pairs perfectly with Italian antipasti, grilled vegetables or seafood.
