El Tequileño Blanco Tequila is a high-quality, authentic tequila from Mexico, characterised by its artisanal production and unadulterated quality. It is produced in an independent, traditional distillery which, since its foundation, has prioritised quality over quantity.

This Blanco tequila is made from a special blend of 70 per cent blue Weber agave from the Altos region and 30 per cent piloncillo (a traditional, unrefined cane sugar from Mexico). This blend gives the tequila a delicate balance between the natural sweetness of the agave and a light, caramel-like note.

Fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks, where wild yeasts are allowed to develop, giving the tequila a complex depth and a particularly smooth texture. It is then distilled and bottled without chill filtration, colourings or additives, to preserve the natural flavours as much as possible.

Tasting Note

Nose: Fresh agave notes with a hint of citrus, white flowers and a subtle sweetness.

Palate: Smooth and pleasant with a balanced blend of cooked agave, honey, vanilla and a slight mineral note.

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and fresh with a mild sweetness and subtle herbal nuances.

El Tequileño Blanco is ideal for enjoying neat or as a base for classic tequila cocktails. It pairs perfectly with a Tommy’s Margarita, a Paloma or a tequila highball. Culinary pairings include fresh seafood, ceviche or spicy tacos, which complement its delicate agave flavours beautifully.
