El Tequileño Blanco Tequila is a high-quality, authentic tequila from Mexico that is characterised by its handcrafted production and unadulterated quality. It is produced in an independent traditional distillery that has focussed on quality rather than quantity since it was founded.

This blanco tequila is made from a special combination of 70% blue Weber agave from the Los Altos region and 30% piloncillo (a traditional, unrefined cane sugar from Mexico). This blend gives the tequila a fine balance between the natural sweetness of the agave and a light, caramelised note.

Fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks, which are influenced by wild yeasts, giving the tequila a multi-layered depth and a particularly smooth texture. It is then distilled and bottled without chill-filtration, colouring or additives in order to preserve the natural flavours as much as possible.

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and fresh with a mild sweetness and fine herbal nuances.

El Tequileño Tequila Blanco is ideal for pure enjoyment or as a base for classic tequila cocktails. It harmonises perfectly with a Tommy's Margarita, Paloma or a tequila highball. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to fresh seafood, ceviche or spicy tacos, which complement its fine agave flavours wonderfully.
