El Tequileño Reposado 100% Agave is an artisanal premium tequila from Mexico, produced in an independent, traditional distillery. This distillery places particular emphasis on quality over quantity and is renowned for its authentic, unadulterated agave spirits. Certified as ‘additive-free’, this tequila contains no additives, colourings or cold filtration – a guarantee of a natural, pure flavour.

Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the fertile soils of the Altos region, the tequila is fermented in open concrete tanks, where it is influenced by wild yeasts. This traditional method contributes to the complexity of the aroma. After distillation, the Reposado is aged in American oak casks, giving it a delicate balance between fresh agave and mild woody notes.

Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold with subtle amber highlights.

Nose: Subtle notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and light herbal undertones.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with sweet agave, subtle spice, honey and a hint of oak.

Finish: Medium-length, smooth and slightly spicy with a hint of vanilla and caramel.

El Tequileño Reposado is excellent on its own or as a sophisticated base for classic cocktails such as a Reposado Margarita, a Tequila Old Fashioned or a Tequila Sour. It pairs particularly well with grilled meat, spicy tacos or dark chocolate to bring out its subtle woody and agave notes.
