Made from 100% blue Weber agave from the Altos region, this premium tequila is produced through slow fermentation in open concrete tanks, influenced by wild yeasts. This process lends it a distinctive complexity and depth. After distillation, it undergoes a brief ageing process in American oak casks, giving it a particularly smooth texture with subtle woody notes – a rarity for blanco tequilas.
