Bunnahabhain 30 Years Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46.3% ABV 0.7l in a gift box online kaufen

The Bunnahabhain Distillery, situated on the picturesque coast of the Isle of Islay, was founded in 1881 and is renowned for its unique, unpeated whiskies. The distillery originally relied on maritime trade and experienced a turning point in 1960 with the construction of a new road, which improved logistics. Following a brief closure in the 1930s and the last ship’s arrival in 1993, the road became the main supply route. In 2006, following its acquisition by Burn Stewart Distillers, the brand’s image underwent a modern revamp. The water used for the whiskies comes from calcareous springs and is channelled to the distillery without coming into contact with peat, which gives the whiskies their mild, characteristic flavour.

Bunnahabhain 30 Years Old is characterised by its elegant character and stands out from other Islay bottlings due to its lower peat content. Maturation over three decades in carefully selected ex-sherry casks ensures a rich and complex flavour profile. Under the supervision of the distiller, harmonious aromas develop, and the whisky is only bottled once it has fully matured.

This whisky thus offers an unrivalled experience for connoisseurs of fine spirits.
