Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber, reflecting the long maturation and the influence of Mizunara oak.

Nose: Complex and multi-layered, with aromas of spiced wood, dried fruit and a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, underpinned by a subtle oakiness.

Palate: Full-bodied and elegant, with ripe fruit such as plum and apricot, blending with smoky and spicy notes of Mizunara oak, caramel and a hint of honey.

Finish: Long-lasting, with a warm, spicy aftertaste and a pleasant fruity sweetness, perfectly complemented by the oak notes.
