Florio Marsala Oltre Cento is a Marsala wine that stands out for both its versatility and its high quality, making it ideal as an aperitif. This special wine is made from the carefully selected Grillo and Catarratto grape varieties, which thrive in the picturesque region of Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate lends them their distinctive character.

After ageing in oak barrels for at least 24 months, the wine is stored in bottles for a further six years before being released for sale, allowing it to fully develop its aroma and unique depth of flavour during this time. This lengthy ageing process, which is typical of high-quality Marsala wines, reflects the tradition and craftsmanship of Sicilian winemaking.

Tasting Note

A pale amber colour in the glass. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, dates, raisins, vanilla, spices and candied fruit. Warm and velvety on the palate, with notes of dried fruit.

Serving temperature: 14–16°C
