Florio Marsala Oltre Cento is a Marsala wine that is characterised by both its versatility and its high quality, making it ideal as an aperitif. This special wine is made from the carefully selected Grillo and Catarratto grape varieties, which thrive in the picturesque region of Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate gives them their characterful flavour.

After the wine has matured in oak barrels for at least 24 months, it is aged in bottles for a further 6 years before being released, allowing it to develop its full aroma and unique depth of flavour. This long ageing process, which is typical of high-quality Marsala wines, reflects the tradition and craftsmanship of Sicilian winemaking.

Tasting Note

Light amber colour in the glass. Notes of dried fruit, dates, sultanas, vanilla, spices and candied fruit on the nose. Warm, velvety and notes of dried fruit on the palate.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C
