Die Isle of Raasay Distillery ist die erste legale Brennerei auf der malerischen Insel Raasay, die für ihre atemberaubende Landschaft und reiche Geschichte bekannt ist. Der Rye Finish Single Malt Whisky, ein besonderes Highlight der Brennerei, reift in sorgfältig ausgewählten amerikanischen Ex-Rye-Whisky-Fässern aus der renommierten Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. Diese Reifung in Ex-Rye-Fässern verleiht dem Whisky komplexe, würzige Noten, die ihn von anderen schottischen Whiskys abheben.
Darüber hinaus wird der Whisky in seiner natürlichsten Form abgefüllt, ohne den Zusatz von Farbstoffen und ohne Kältefiltration, wodurch seine Reinheit und Qualität bewahrt bleiben. Durch diesen schonenden Herstellungsprozess entfaltet der Whisky ein tiefes, vollmundiges Aroma, das die Einflüsse der Fässer optimal zur Geltung bringt und die einzigartige Handwerkskunst der Isle of Raasay Distillery widerspiegelt.
