Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber, shimmering with a golden glow in the light, with a warm depth that reflects its long maturation in Mizunara oak casks.

Nose: Complex aromas of spices such as cinnamon and cloves, followed by fruity notes of plums, pears and a hint of dried figs, which blend with a floral freshness and the characteristic Mizunara oak spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and luxurious, with a harmonious blend of warm spices, dark fruits and delicate oak notes, rounded off by a hint of vanilla. The Mizunara oak lends the whisky a subtle depth that blends perfectly with the fruity and spicy notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and very elegant, with a gentle oakiness and a delicate hint of caramel that lingers slowly, harmoniously rounding off the flavour.
