Chairman's Reserve THE FORGOTTEN CASKS Finest St. Lucia Rum 40% vol. 0.7 l in a gift box with 2 glasses online kaufen

Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks is a high-quality premium rum from St Lucia, which stands out thanks to its extraordinary history and unique ageing process. This rum originally came about as a result of an emergency following a fire at the distillery in 2007, during which several casks had to be aged outside the regular ageing schedule. The result was so impressive that it gave rise to a standalone bottling: The Forgotten Casks. This edition is based on a blend of carefully selected pot still and column still rums, which are aged for significantly longer than the classic version of Chairman’s Reserve – usually between eight and eleven years.

Produced by Saint Lucia Distillers, this rum embodies traditional Caribbean distilling craftsmanship and showcases the diversity and depth that can be achieved through extended cask ageing. The combination of ex-bourbon casks and the tropical climate lends it a complex yet approachable flavour profile.

The elegant gift box contains not only the 0.7-litre bottle but also two high-quality glasses, which stylishly round off the tasting experience. This set makes an excellent gift for rum lovers or for adding to your own home bar.
