Production
Traditional methods and 100% natural ingredients
Chairman's Reserve Rum is made from 100% natural sugar cane grown in the fertile soils of St Lucia. It is cultivated without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers to ensure the highest quality. Distillation takes place in both traditional pot stills and modern column stills to preserve the aromas as effectively as possible. Ageing takes place in American oak barrels, which impart the rum’s characteristic flavours.
Sustainable production
Chairman's Reserve places great emphasis on sustainability. The distillery operates in an energy-efficient manner and uses renewable energy. Furthermore, no additives such as sugar or colourings are used to preserve the purity of the product. Chairman’s Reserve is actively committed to the conservation of natural resources and the promotion of biodiversity.
Strict quality controls
Chairman's Reserve Rum is subject to strict quality controls to ensure that every bottle meets the highest standards. From the selection of the sugar cane to the final bottling, every step is carefully monitored to guarantee consistently high quality. This care and dedication are reflected in every glass of Chairman's Reserve.
