The Mionetto Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC, presented in an elegant 1.5-litre magnum bottle, is a stylish example of dry Italian sparkling wines and comes from the renowned Prosecco region of Treviso. It is made from select Glera grapes, which thrive under optimal conditions in Veneto. Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method, which brings out its freshness, aromatic precision and fine perlage to the fore. At least six months’ ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks ensures depth, elegance and a harmonious structure.

Both visually and on the palate, this spumante impresses with its bright, luminous yellow colour, intense, finely sparkling mousse and an inviting, fruity bouquet. It is produced with the utmost care and in keeping with traditional craftsmanship – a prime example of Mionetto’s uncompromising philosophy of quality. The magnum bottle is particularly suitable for festive occasions, as a sophisticated gift or for stylish serving at receptions.

Tasting Note

The Mionetto Treviso Brut delights on the nose with fruity notes of Golden Delicious apples, ripe pears and delicate blossom honey, complemented by floral hints of acacia blossom. On the palate, it unfolds with a fresh, balanced character, underpinned by green apple, citrus fruits and delicate hints of honey. The fine, long-lasting effervescence lends it a lively quality, whilst the dry style is both elegant and invigorating.
