Mionetto Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC, with an alcohol content of 11% vol. and available in a 0.75-litre bottle, is a high-quality spumante from the province of Treviso, produced exclusively from the Glera grape variety. The grapes come from carefully selected Lager, where the climate and soil conditions provide ideal conditions for producing fresh, aromatic Prosecco base wines. Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method, in which the base wine is fermented in a pressure tank. This ensures that the fruity aromas are clearly preserved, whilst a fine, lively perlage develops. After a maturation period of at least 6 months, the result is a particularly elegant Brut with a precise structure and delicate minerality.


Since 1887, Mionetto has been one of the most renowned producers in the Valdobbiadene region, combining the Italian way of life, distinctive bottle design and artisanal quality. This Brut from Treviso exemplifies the house’s modern, crisp style: pale straw yellow in colour, with intense fruitiness and a particularly harmonious dryness. Notes of Golden Delicious apples, pears, honey and acacia lend it a delicately nuanced character. The combination of aromatic precision, elegant perlage and the lightness typical of the region makes this Prosecco a versatile delight with long-lasting freshness.

Tasting Note

In the glass, a bright, luminous yellow with an intense, fine effervescence. On the nose, a fruity bouquet of green and Golden Delicious apples, pear, citrus fruits and subtle notes of honey and acacia. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and lively, with an elegant structure, fresh acidity and a balanced fruit profile. The finish is precise, lively and long-lasting, carried by citrus and apple flavours.

Mionetto Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is excellent as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with antipasti, shellfish, mussels, light pasta and risotto dishes, as well as fresh salads and fish dishes.
