Produced by the traditional Canella family winery, which has stood for quality, elegance and authentic origin since 1947, this Millesimato expresses the characteristics of the 2024 vintage at the highest level.

The grapes come from the best, hilly vineyards around Valdobbiadene and are harvested exclusively by hand. The Glera grape variety, which is typical of this region, is fermented in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method in order to optimally preserve its freshness and fine fruit. The brut style ensures a dry, elegant flavour with a moderate residual sugar content. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Prosecco is light, lively and ideal for stylish moments of enjoyment.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco shimmers in a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and has a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals delicate aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers and citrus fruits, accompanied by a fine mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and harmonious, with lively acidity, a slender structure and a clear, elegant finish.
