Made from 100% Glera grapes, this Prosecco comes from the controlled production area in the Veneto region, more precisely from the DOC area around Treviso - one of the most renowned zones for high-quality Prosecco.

The grapes for LIDO Prosecco Brut are harvested in the cooler hours of the morning to optimise freshness and aroma. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method. The result is a lively, finely sparkling Prosecco with refreshing fruit, a clear style and youthful elegance - ideal for uncomplicated enjoyment with a touch of dolce vita.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Canella LIDO Prosecco has a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals fragrant aromas of green apple, Williams pear, white flowers and a hint of lemon. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry, refreshing and balanced, with a clear fruit flavour, lively acidity and a tangy, fresh finish that leaves you wanting more.

Perfect as an aperitif, with light starters, seafood, sushi, summer dishes or simply as an accompaniment to a relaxing day by the lake or sea.
