Canella LIDO Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2024 is an elegant and fresh Italian sparkling wine from Veneto that combines the lightness of the Prosecco tradition with the fine flavour of a rosé. It is produced according to the strict specifications of the DOC Prosecco Rosé, which has been officially recognised since 2020. It is based on the Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties, which together provide freshness, fruit and a delicate colour. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Prosecco Rosé is pleasantly light, sparkling and versatile.


It is vinified using the Charmat method, in which the base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and carbonated. The Pinot Noir is carefully vinified as a rosé and then blended with Glera to give the Prosecco its delicate salmon pink colour, aromatic intensity and finesse. The result is a Prosecco Rosé that impresses with its freshness, fine perlage and elegant balance - perfect for summer aperitifs and festive occasions.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Canella LIDO Prosecco Rosé DOC is a delicate salmon pink colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of red berries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus. The palate is fresh and lively, with fruity elegance, fine acidity and a harmonious, refreshing finish.

This Prosecco Rosé from Veneto is ideal as an aperitif and goes perfectly with antipasti, seafood, sushi, fresh salads or light pasta dishes. It is also a refreshing accompaniment to fruity desserts.
