Tasting Note

In the glass, the MICHAEL Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 glows with a deep ruby red colour and violet highlights. On the nose, it reveals a multi-layered bouquet of blackcurrants, dark wild berries and juicy cherry notes, accompanied by subtle hints of dark chocolate and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is complex, full-bodied and well-structured, with a robust body and perfectly integrated tannins. The elegance of the French oak emphasises the fruit-driven profile, whilst the long-lasting finish is characterised by ripe fruit and subtle spice.
