The gunpowder tea adds slightly smoky and peppery nuances to the recipe. The botanicals are slowly distilled in medieval copper stills, with selected ingredients being refined in the infusion basket. With an alcohol content of 43%, this Irish premium gin is fresh, flavoursome and intensely aromatic.
