This speciality is made using selected, aromatic lemons, whose peel is slowly and gently macerated to ensure the optimal extraction of the essential oils and natural freshness. Bottled at 30 per cent by volume, this liqueur is pleasantly mild and fruity, with a harmonious balance between sweetness and vibrant citrus intensity. The distillery relies on traditional methods and clear, unadulterated flavours, ensuring that Dellavalle Limon remains an authentic product of Mediterranean liqueur-making.
