The V8+ SANDRO Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Magnum 1.5 l + gift box is a generously sized Prosecco Extra Dry from south-eastern Veneto, combining approachable freshness, delicate aromas and a harmonious structure in a prestigious format. Produced by V8+, this single-varietal wine is made exclusively from the Glera grape and is bottled in a 1.5-litre magnum, which is renowned for ensuring particularly consistent maturation and an elegant perlage. It is supplied with a gift box, making this Prosecco DOC ideal for festive occasions, entertaining and special moments of indulgence.


The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 30 to 40 metres above sea level in the Venetian Plain and are characterised by a moderately deep, alkaline, silty-clay terroir resting on a historic soil layer, the Caranto-Paleosol. With a planting density of 3,600 to 4,000 vines per hectare, a yield of around 180 double centners per hectare, and the use of free-cordon and double-overturned training systems, consistent grape quality is achieved. The temperate, slightly humid climate benefits from its proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the marked temperature differences between cool Bora winds and warm, humid Scirocco currents, which enhance the development of aromas. After harvesting, gentle pneumatic pressing with rapid separation of the must takes place, followed by fermentation at 15 to 16 °C in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation, carried out using the Martinotti method, lasts at least 30 days and ensures a finely integrated, lively perlage.

Tasting Note

In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow colour with slightly greenish highlights. The perlage forms a dense, fine and long-lasting head of foam. On the nose, aromas of acacia blossom, ripe peach and juicy pear unfold. On the palate, it is pleasantly soft and fresh, with a fruit-driven mid-palate. The finish is balanced, fruity and gentle, with good length.
