The vineyards are mainly located around Tautavel in the southern French wine-growing region between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, where low rainfall and intense sunshine create ideal conditions for the Grenache grape variety.


The hand-picked grapes are pressed directly to preserve the delicate colour and fine aromas of this French rosé wine. The entire process takes place under the protection of carbon dioxide, which ensures that the delicate flavours are optimally preserved. Temperature-controlled fermentation at around 15 to 18 °C and subsequent ageing on fine lees give the Gris Blanc Rosé additional elegance and structure. A very pale rosé in the glass, with grey and white nuances, the nose reveals fine aromas of small red fruits, accompanied by delicate floral notes, on the palate the wine is fresh and elegant, with a light perlage, clear fruit and fine minerality, the finish is harmonious and animating, long-lasting and characterised by a fresh structure.

This rosé wine from Roussillon is ideal as an aperitif on summer occasions or social evenings. It harmonises particularly well with seafood such as prawns or mussels as well as Mediterranean salads and baked fish.
