The foundation is laid by maturation in classic ex-bourbon casks, which is then complemented by an elaborate three-cask finish. The whisky is further matured in 10-year-old Tawny Port casks as well as in rare 30-year-old Matusalem sherry casks, resulting in intense notes of fruit, honey and spices. The combination of bourbon, port and sherry casks ensures exceptional balance and aromatic depth. Despite the complex cask maturation, the characteristic style of Dalmore whisky, with its smooth, elegant structure, remains clearly recognisable. Bottled at 40 per cent and presented in a distinctive decanter complete with a high-quality gift box, this bottling is aimed at connoisseurs of complex Highland single malts.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep mahogany with warm coppery highlights.

Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe plums and dark berries mingle with creamy café latte, delicate Manuka honey, vanilla and toasted almonds.

Palate: Full-bodied and harmonious, with juicy plums, dark cocoa, creamy caramel, honey, delicate oaky notes and elegant sherry undertones.

Finish: Medium-length and smooth, with hints of liquorice, caramel, honey and a pleasantly spicy warmth.
