Description
The Gérard Bertrand Côte des Roses Rosé Art Édition 2025 13% vol. in a 0.75-litre bottle is an elegant rosé wine from the south of France with a Mediterranean flavour that combines the art of modern rosé enjoyment with the characterful signature of the renowned Gérard Bertrand house. This stylish Art Édition combines high-quality winemaking, creative presentation and the typical lightness of the French Mediterranean. The cuvée from the Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grape varieties ensures a harmonious interplay of fruitiness, freshness and fine flavour.
The grapes for this high-quality rosé wine from the Languedoc are harvested separately as soon as they have reached optimum ripeness. They are harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning to maximise the freshness of the grapes. Vinification is carried out using the traditional saignée method, in which the juice is separated from the skins after a short maceration once the desired colour intensity has been achieved. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation ensures maximum flavour and freshness. Some of the wine is also vinified in barriques, which creates a fine structure and subtle flavour. In order to preserve the lively freshness and natural acidity, malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided. For lovers of rosé wine from France, Languedoc rosé, premium rosé, Grenache rosé, fruity rosé wine, Mediterranean rosé wine and French rosé, the Côte des Roses Rosé Art Édition 2025 offers a modern and stylish flavour experience with a southern French character.
