On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with four months’ ageing in barriques imparting subtle nuances of vanilla, cinnamon, fresh butter and delicate spices, without overpowering the fresh fruit. The finish is long-lasting, mineral and wonderfully balanced.
